Features

Unipost means Universal post. It may be installed on several types of roofing, hot deck, cold deck, wood deck, prefabricated slab and concrete slab, thanks to the universal fixing interface. This reduces the components in stock and simplifies rigging on site. The Unipost can also be used as fixing assembly for an anchor point. The Unipost protects the roofing from possible damages, when stopping a fall, thanks to an energy absorbing device located at the foot of the post.

Unipost anchor point

The Unipost anchor point is permanently installed on a building or any other structure that needs to be maintained by people who are at risk of falling. Two users can be attached to the anchor point; they may work within 2 meters of the anchor by using a fixed lanyard or more if using a retractable device. The anchoring device received treatment against corrosion, resisting to over 200 hours in salt spray test. The device can be installed by the sea or in an urban environment with traffic pollution.

Unipost on trapezoidal metal sheet

The Unipost is installed on trapezoidal metal roofs thanks to high strength toggle bolts. The fixing plate has a series of holes corresponding to the center distance of the corrugations.

The Unipost is installed on wooden roofs thanks to high strength lag screws fixed on the purlin and the wooden pannel. The fixing plate allows a homogenous distribution of the force.
