Working at height legislation:
EN 795:2012 Type C
CEN/TS 16415:2013
ASSP/ANSI Z359.6 & CSA259.16

Description

SecuRope Neo Pro overhead cable lifeline is highly valued as industrial safety device, particularly for maintenance work at industrial halls. Indeed, this configuration triggers a position of the lifeline system above the user, in fall factor 0 , which reduces the fall distance. A short fall distance is particularly important in industrial buildings, where fall clearance is reduced and work is performed above machinery. As the lifeline can also be installed high over the user, it is suitable for production halls and applications as train maintenance fall protection systems.

Advantages

  • Up to 4 users
  • Freehand system
  • Undeformable system
  • Also for curved sections, minimum radius: 250mm (9.8”)
  • Energy absorbing on intermediate anchors
  • The glider passes smoothly over NEO anchor with a retractable fall arrester
  • Can be used with retractable fall arresters
  • Often used in the industry for works above machines. Recommended for a distance between the lifeline and the walkway up to 7m (22’)
  • Can be installed in corrosive environments

Applications

  • Fall arrest
  • Fall restraint
  • Maintenance of industrial halls (e.g. gantry cranes and overhead crane systems)
  • Maintenance of architectural highlights and monuments roofs
  • Maintenance of commercial office and mall roofs
  • Maintenance of trucks and trains
